Shipping Policy

 

We ship only within United States

All orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days from your order date.

Carriers

We use any of the following carrier to deliver our orders:
      UPS/USPS/FEDEX

We deliver food items that may or may not have been fermented, which means that Ground Shipping over a few days will not be good for the food. So, please consider the proper shipping options before placing the order! Please contact us before ordering fermented items such as batters.

If you ordered one or more items to be shipped and if there is an issue with preparing/shipping item(s) due to unavailability, shipping logistics etc., we will contact you regarding your order.

 

Shipping Policy

Please make sure the delivery address you provide while placing your order is correct (including Apt # or Suite #). In case a package is returned back to Madurai Foods undelivered due to incorrect address or insufficient address, there is $25.00 for undelivered package or returnded item fee.

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you can decide to continue.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will contact you regarding the order immediately. When the item becomes available we will ship you the whole order.

 

Return

In order to uphold our food safety standards, we are unable to accept returns or offer a cash refund for any food products. (Opened/Unopened)
