How to use: 

Chew on a pea-sized portion to help with indigestion and stomach pain. 

Or 

Boil 1 cup of water, then add 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of Vasambu powder and mix. Add palm candy crystals or palm sugar for sweetness (optional). Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and strain (optional). 

Or 

Rub the root on a stone with water to form a paste. Then put the paste on a baby's tongue to help with speech. 

Or 

Place a small piece of the root in rice or grains that are prone to bugs to prevent bugs.

Ingredients

Coconut oil, curry leaves, amla, neem oil, fenugreek seeds, black cumin, hibiscus, false daisy (karisalankanni), henna (maruthani), indigo leaf (avuri), aloe vera, babchi seeds (karboga rice), vetiver, marjoram (marikolunthu), black pepper, small onion.

How to use

Warm the oil slightly, apply and massage into scalp with your fingertips in a circular motion. Leave in for 15 minutes, then wash with shampoo and rinse well.
