How to use:
(Recommended to be consumed before food)
Boil 1 cup of water, then add 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of Jamun seed powder and mix. Add palm candy crystals or palm sugar for sweetness (optional). Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and strain (optional).
Can also be mixed with buttermilk or with plain honey.
External uses: Mix 1 tsp of Jamun seed powder with honey and apply to face. Leave for 15-30 minutes, then wash your face.
