Ingredients: Licorice Root 

How to use: 

(Recommended to be consumed before food)

Boil 1 cup of water, then add 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of Athimathuram powder and mix. Add palm candy crystals or palm sugar for sweetness (optional). Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and strain (optional).

Can also be mixed with plain honey.

Or

Can be mixed with water or any hair pack, then applied to the scalp. Leave for an hour, then rinse.

Ingredients: Terminalia chebula

How to use:

Boil 1 cup of water, then add 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of Kadukkai powder and mix. Add palm candy crystals or palm sugar for sweetness. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and strain (optional). 


Or

Mix with water or rose water to create a paste. Then apply to face, then rinse after 20 minutes. 

Can also be mixed with yogurt to be used as a hair mask. Apply, then rinse after 30 minutes.
