How to use: 

(Recommended to be consumed after food)

Boil 1 cup of water, then add 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of Kadukkai powder and mix. Add palm candy crystals or palm sugar for sweetness. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and strain (optional). 


Or

Mix with water or rose water to create a paste. Then apply to face, then rinse after 20 minutes. 

Can also be mixed with yogurt to be used as a hair mask. Apply, then rinse after 30 minutes.
