How to use: 

(Recommended to be consumed before food)

Boil 1 cup of water, then add 1/4 or 1/2 tsp or preferred amount of Hibiscus powder and mix. Add palm candy crystals or palm sugar for sweetness (optional). Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and strain. 


Or

Mix with rose water, yogurt, or aloe vera gel to use as a face mask. 

Or 

Mix with coconut oil or yogurt to use as a hair mask. Leave the paste on for 30 minutes, then rinse.

How to use: 

(Recommended to be consumed before food)

Boil 1 cup of water, then add 1/4 or 1/2 tsp of Jamun seed powder and mix. Add palm candy crystals or palm sugar for sweetness (optional). Let it steep for 5-10 minutes and strain (optional).

Can also be mixed with buttermilk or with plain honey.



External uses: Mix 1 tsp of Jamun seed powder with honey and apply to face. Leave for 15-30 minutes, then wash your face.
